Total
Fluids Recovery and Treatment System with Wireless
Internet Controls
Product
Level Control was responsible for the design,
construction, installation, and startup of a 200
gpm water treatment system required at a Pennsylvania
tank farm. The completed system included three
sea containers plumbed and wired together on-site
which house oil water separator, air stripper,
six 3000 lb liquid carbon vessels, bag filters,
product tank and manifolding. Two 10,000 lb vapor
carbon vessels were supplied for off-gas treatment.
In addition, PLC fabricated a total control and
monitoring system accessible via wireless Internet.

Master
Control System and Visualization Software
Product
Level Control was responsible for the design and
fabrication of a master control system with industrial
visualization software to monitor and control
groundwater and soil remediation equipment at
a Superfund site in Levelland, TX. The completed
system included a motor control center, 25 remote
telemetry units (PLC's), and five VFD transfer
pump panels. In addition, PLC custom-designed
graphical user interface (GUI) software to allow
operating personnel to quickly and easily perform
system functions.

Water Treatment System and Controls (Interior Work
Only)
Product
Level Control was responsible for interior equipment
and controls required for a water treatment project
in New York. The treatment equipment included
submersible pumps, sump pumps, transfer pumps,
holding tanks, tank mixer, oil/water separator,
bag filtration, Siemens Total Treat® Continuous
Precipitation System, liquid carbon polishing,
and odor scrubbers. In addition, PLC supplied
instrumentation and fabricated the control system
for supervision and management of the water treatment
equipment.

Bio-Sparge
System
Product
Level Control was responsible for the fabrication
and startup of a turnkey bio-sparge system required
at a Kinder Morgan site in Selma, NC. The completed
system included a three room building to house
a Kaeser rotary screw air compressor with integrated
refrigerated air dryer, 28-leg dual-zone air injection
manifold and Sitelink II™ telemetry system featuring
touch-screen controls. The building was subject
to a third party electrical inspection and PE
certified per North Carolina code.
